To select a photo from Lei Day for Viewers Choice, please fill out this form and click on submit. Enter the number(s) of the photos you want (limit 5 per request). You must supply your full name and email address for the request to be completed. Photo numbers are formated as page-number (i.e. ldlv06-4-124 becomes 4-124 and ldlv06-19-02-105 becomes 19-02-105). You can find the number directly under each main photo (just drop off the ldlv06 and the .jpg).
You may request from 1 to 5 photos per submission. |
